This two weeks evening short-course reflects the needs of executives to refine their conceptual and analytical skills, to stay abreast of new developments in the world and in significant industries, and to maximize cross-functional contributions to strategic priorities. MAIN OBJECTIVE:

• Our main objective is to equip all Participants to be Profit Booster for their businesses, because they will gain the essense of Meritorious Business Management knowledge in broad, and the tremendous specific skills to boosting business profit and growth
• We will drill the Participants’ Mindset, behavior and competency to be able to practice our “Meritorious Management” by eliminating non-benefit-added expenses, increasing revenues and satisfying the Stakeholders perpetually.
• When they graduated as our alumni, their business philosophy and attitude will be, “Profit is not everything, but the only thing. Give me profit, or go home!”

METHODS:

• Classroom dialoque will encourage the sharing of opinios and experiences, not only on theory, but also on current individual problems of the participants and their companies
• This individual involvement will be an important aspect of the study group system. The integrated combination of work experience and classroom participation provides a learning environment far superior to either alone
• Project Assignment: Participants will be divided into several group to practice as Profit Booster in Volunteers’ company; the objective is to diagnose and prescribe pragmatic solutions to solve any problems finding, and improve business results instantly
